iClickit is a software platform used by people who are already part of the programme. It supports account management, onboarding steps, and routine updates.

Messaging

We use SMS and WhatsApp only to communicate with members who have already joined the programme. Messages cover onboarding, account status, and important service updates.

We do not use these channels for cold outreach or general advertising.
