2. Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate the member platform and to communicate with people who are already part of the programme. This typically includes:
- Name and contact details (email address and mobile phone number)
- Account and membership identifiers
- Records of messages sent or received via SMS or WhatsApp
- Basic technical data when you visit this website (such as IP address and browser type)
We do not collect payment card details on this website.
3. How we use the information
We use personal information only for these purposes:
- To operate and improve the member platform
- To send onboarding messages, account updates and important service notices via SMS or WhatsApp to members who have already joined
- To respond to enquiries sent to our contact email
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information or phone-number lists to third parties for marketing.
4. SMS and WhatsApp messaging
Messaging is limited to people who are already members of the programme and who have provided a phone number for that purpose. Messages relate to onboarding, account status and service updates.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opt-out we will not send further marketing or routine SMS messages to that number, except where required by law or for critical account security notices.
WhatsApp messages follow the same principle: they are sent only in connection with an existing membership relationship.
5. Sharing of information
We may share limited information with service providers who help us deliver the platform and messaging (for example SMS/WhatsApp delivery providers such as Twilio). Those providers are bound by contracts that restrict use of the data to the services they perform for us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of iClickit or its members.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your rights
